2009 Jeep Patriot Northern package SUV- extended warrenty in Grande Prairie, AB

Looking to sell for balance owing or take over payments. As of June 20, 2011 - there is $19874.79 owing. Payments right now are $445.04/month. I had already made the down payment, just need to be approved to take over the payments and there you go.
Jeep is equipped with supreme snow and ice tires, command start, Sirius Sattelite radio(recently expired), has been no accidents or claims against it, excellent gas mileage, extended warrenty to pass on to buyer (has been no warrenty issues) Its a great reliable and economical vehicle for a family or commuters. Had no issues driving in the winter. The only reason I am letting this go is because it hasn't been used for the last couple months and it will not be used for the next year. I am not looking to deal on the price, if it doesn't totally buy out, I will not let it go.
