I've got an '87 BMW for sale its got 324xxxkm on it manual 5 speed momo steering wheel and addapter still runs amazing and sounds just as good. Its got a k&n filter and ill even give the recharge kit with it the plugs in it are ngk iridium 4s. $1000 in tires on rare bmw option rims with stock rims on winter tires also if you want the sound system its an extra $750 There is normal rust for these cars if your a body man or know anythig about body work its not an issue. There are dents on the front left quarter pannel but the whole front end to do both pannels and hood is only about 500 depending if you can find them in canada. It doesnt need tie rods at the moment but they are about 60$ a piece and a rear diff seal at 20$ it is extremely easy to find oem and aftermarket parts for the E30 chassis with an m20 motor I can even give companys and locations for the oem parts and upgrades. The engine has been rebiult It does have a racing exaust. Still quite quiet I currently have the back end stripped my plans for the car where about 300hp for auto cross/road race/ drift but I'd like another E30 or a nissan silvia with an SR20 As a trade.
